Can I repeat the same tour several times a week?

Yes. You schedule it once with the days of the week and the time, up to 6 months ahead, and each date has its own spots.

Does it work for trips of several days?

Yes. An activity can last several days, with its price per person and its spots.

Can I sell to tourists who don't speak Spanish?

Yes. The booking page, payments and emails are also in English. What you write isn't translated, and you can say which languages you run the tour in.

Can a hotel or a shop sell it?

Yes. You give them their link and QR code with their commission, and Outvia records their sales and what you owe them. You pay them yourself.

A Saturday tour, from start to finish

An example

1Monday: you publish "Habsburg Madrid", 15 spots at €15, with a minimum of 4.
2During the week people book from your Instagram and from the QR code at the hotel next door.
3Friday: they get the reminder with the time and the meeting point.
4Saturday: you take the register on your phone. The hotel's sales are recorded with their commission.
