What happens before every outing
Today: You set aside the raft or the kit and someone doesn't turn up.
With Outvia: Each spot is paid for at booking. No payment, no spot.
Today: Until the last day you don't know if enough people are coming.
With Outvia: You set a minimum and when to decide. If it isn't reached, the outing cancels itself and everyone is told. With Stripe, the money is refunded automatically; with PayPal, you refund it with our guide.
Today: You ask for age, size and whether they can swim by message.
With Outvia: You ask at booking, and it stays next to each person.
Today: The river or the sea rules out the outing and you have to tell everyone one by one.
With Outvia: You cancel the date and each person gets an email with the reason and what they paid back.
A rafting outing, from start to finish
An example
1Monday: you publish "Beginner rafting", 8 spots at €45, with a minimum of 4.
2During the week your people book from Instagram and answer their wetsuit size and whether they can swim.
3Friday: they get the reminder with the meeting point and what to bring.
4Saturday: you take the register on your phone and head to the river with everything paid.

In Latin America you get paid through PayPal: PayPal takes its fee when you're paid and Outvia only takes the difference up to 15%, so you keep the same.
