Can I schedule classes every week?

Yes. You choose the days and the time and every date is created, up to 6 months ahead. Later you can cancel a single date, or that one and the following ones.

What if I have to cancel because of the weather?

You cancel that date from your dashboard: everything paid is refunded and each person gets an email with the reason.

Can I sell class passes?

Not yet: each spot is for one date. Regulars book each class in a few seconds and without an account.

Can another instructor teach?

Yes. You invite them as a guide and they only see the classes you assign them, with who's coming and without amounts.

What to bring to class

What wears you out running a group

Today: Every week you ask the group chat who's coming.
With Outvia: You schedule Tuesday and Thursday classes for months, and each date shows how many spots are left.
Today: You take cash or bank transfers and note it down in a notebook.
With Outvia: Each spot is paid by card or PayPal at booking, and Payments shows what you've earned.
Today: It rains and you have to tell everyone one by one.
With Outvia: You cancel that class: what was paid is refunded and each person gets an email with the reason.
Today: You plan a weekend retreat and worry it won't fill.
With Outvia: You set a minimum and when to decide. If it isn't reached, it's cancelled and refunded on its own.

In Latin America you get paid through PayPal: PayPal takes its fee when you're paid and Outvia only takes the difference up to 15%, so you keep the same.
