Can I ask about allergies?

Yes. You add the question to the booking (there's a ready-made suggestion for allergies and intolerances) and the answer stays in each booking.

What if the venue needs a minimum number of people?

You set that minimum and when to decide. If it isn't reached, the date is cancelled, everyone gets their money back and an email.

Can a shop or a bar sell them too?

Yes. You add it as a partner with its commission (up to 50%) and give it its QR. You see what it sells and what you owe it; you pay the partner yourself.

Can people come with friends?

Yes. They book several spots in one payment and write each guest's name.

What it takes to put on a tasting

Today: You book the venue or the produce before knowing how many are coming.
With Outvia: You set a minimum and when to decide. If it isn't reached, it's cancelled and everything refunded, with time to tell the venue.
Today: Someone has an allergy and you find out at the table.
With Outvia: You ask about allergies at booking and the answer stays in each booking.
Today: The spots go in an hour and then two people cancel.
With Outvia: Whoever missed out is on the waitlist and gets the freed spot in turn.
Today: A shop or a bar wants to sell your tastings.
With Outvia: You give it its own QR as a partner and Outvia keeps track of its commission.

In Latin America you get paid through PayPal: PayPal takes its fee when you're paid and Outvia only takes the difference up to 15%, so you keep the same.
