1. Purpose and acceptance
By accessing outvia.app and joining our waitlist, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use the site.
2. Description of the service
Outvia is a SaaS platform (currently in development) that allows tour guides and activity operators to generate unique QR codes per distribution point, offer a mobile-optimized booking page, and manage direct payments without middleman commissions.
Access to the service will be available at launch. Registering on the waitlist does not guarantee immediate access to the platform nor implies any contractual relationship beyond receiving updates.
3. Waitlist
By providing your name and email address, you consent to receive information about the Outvia launch and communications related to the service. You may unsubscribe at any time by emailing hello@outvia.app.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully, respecting applicable regulations and the rights of third parties. Actions that may damage, overload, impair, or disrupt the normal operation of the site or its systems are not permitted.
5. Intellectual property
All site contents — including text, images, logos, design, and code — are the property of Outvia or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property regulations. Their reproduction, distribution, or public communication without express written authorisation is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
Outvia does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site or the accuracy of all its contents. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Outvia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the site.
7. Modifications
Outvia reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Substantial changes will be notified by email to those registered on the waitlist or by notice on the site itself. Continued use of the site after the publication of changes implies acceptance.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any controversy that may arise in connection with their interpretation or fulfilment, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Spain, unless the applicable consumer regulations establish a different jurisdiction.
