1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Outvia.

Contact email: hello@outvia.app

2. Data we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect:

  • Name
  • Email address

We do not collect payment data or sensitive personal information.

3. Purpose of processing

The data you provide is used solely to:

  • Manage your registration on the waitlist
  • Inform you of the Outvia launch and access conditions
  • Send you communications related to the service

We will not use your data for any other purpose without your prior consent.

4. Legal basis

The processing of your data is based on your express consent (art. 6.1.a of the General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR), given when you complete the waitlist form. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

5. Recipients

Your data may be accessed by the following service providers acting as data processors:

  • Resend — transactional email provider, used to send your registration confirmation and related communications.

Outvia does not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers may be located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In those cases, we ensure that transfers are made with appropriate safeguards — such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or equivalent — in accordance with the GDPR.

7. Data retention

We will retain your data while you remain on the waitlist or until you withdraw your consent. If the service is not launched or you decide not to continue, we will delete your data within a maximum of 2 years from collection.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access: know what personal data we process about you.
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: request the deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
  • Restriction: restrict processing under certain circumstances.
  • Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
  • Objection: object to processing in legally provided cases.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at hello@outvia.app. We will respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with the GDPR.

9. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or alteration. However, no internet transmission system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the absolute security of transmitted information.

10. Modifications

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal or service changes. We will notify you of relevant changes by email or by notice on the site. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the current version.
